Lindsay Lohan suing PittBull for " Give Me Everything " song

 The song  " Give Me Everything " , by Pitbull has undoubtedly been  cherished by many this year, resulting in it topping charts for months around the globe. But not everyone is dancing and singing effortlessly to the upbeat song. Lindsay Lohan is suing Pitbull, for referencing her in the song .  The lyrics read : "    Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein, keep flowin' I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan."

The lawsuit filed on Friday ,in New York  states : "By virtue of the song's wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging, or defamatory statements by the defendants, about Lohan are destined to do irreparable  harm ." The suit also claims that it "Causes Lohan to be associated in connection with defendants "And that ,"She is a professional actor of good repute, and standing in the Screen Actors Guild ".

Now for those minds out there that are in need of refreshing, Lindsay  Lohan HAS been locked up 3 times in recent years ....And as far as her career goes , she has not produced a decent movie in 5 -6 years.  She is just not bankable anymore in my opinion ,and I guess Hollywood agrees, as reports have said that they are unwilling to hire her due to her drug issues.

Surprise ! Surprise ! Lindsay Lohan was  ordered back  into court today after alcohol was reportedly found in her system, thereby violating her probation.   She was later released today , while her lawyer was making the media rounds  saying she does NOT have a problem. Her lawyers came to  note that it was unfair for the court to test her for alcohol  and what they should have been testing for was drugs, as that was somewhat what led her to go under house arrest. Seriously this is getting soooo old .....Last time I checked someone who is arrested on numerous occasions for drug possession, and a DUI does have a problem......hmmm I hate to say I told you so ...but I knew house arrest was not going to do the trick. What this princess needs is a reality check....meaning jail time that a non celeb would get for the same crime .
