Leighton Meester , A.K.A Blair Waldorf , on Gossip Girl, filed a lawsuit against her mother Constance Meester. The suit claims that mom, Constance Meester, used Leighton's money , without her knowledge for cosmetic procedures. Leighton sent $7500 per month to her mom , with the strict intention of it only being used to help her chronically ill brother's expenses .
